Hamid Aghassi

Hamid is a transformation expert and programme director, with a successful track record of delivering large-scale Business and IT Transformation Programmes within Transport, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy and Utilities sectors. His delivery record includes successful programmes in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK.

Operating at C suite level as 1-IT Transformation director, Hamid led successful delivery of the largest Change Programme at Belgian Rail (SNCB) covering design of Target Operating Model, Future state Organisational Design, System Implementation, migration of 125 applications to Azure cloud environment. Programme delivery also included more than 312 application transitions to chosen partners.

Prior to this and operating at board level, Hamid led Impextraco’s Transformation Programme from Business case development, Supplier selection and Programme assurance, achieving successful live operation of SAP S/4HANA for the entire value chain.

As Minerva Transformation Programme Director, Hamid successfully delivered Engie UK Programme to deliver Engie’s Power and Nexus gas license requirements; the largest Change Programme in the UK Energy market. Hamid also led the development of business cases including business and IT cost models, architecture design and roadmaps for two large Energy Suppliers in the UK.

Helder Rosario

Helder is an expert in SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA and SAP Utilities Architecture, Design and Implementation. He has a successful track record of delivering mission critical programmes from Initiation to go live on-time within budget and to the highest quality. Helder's expertise spans Energy, Utilities, Rail Transport and Manufacturing sectors.

He is a respected and acknowledged authority in delivering SAP enabled transformation programmes and as the Solution Architect, he has been critical to successful delivery of Electrabel's IRIS, Energy4U and New Retail Platform programmes as well as EDP's SAP Utilities solutions within both distribution and competitive retail businesses.

Helder has extensive experience of translating business requirements into best practice solutions and Architecture designs in order to optimize cost to serve and minimise cost of ownership. He is a respected technical leader of the design and implementation teams with a unique ability to communicate the overall technical vision, relating this to the business vision and articulating the impact of change on all satellite platforms. He has delivered best in class designs, reduced cost of ownership and delivered high performance solutions.

Professor Colin Coulson-Thomas

Colin has led various change management, re-engineering and transformation projects in Commercial and Government organisations. Working within 1 Team Energy led Transformation team, Colin played a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of change in both the UK and Continental Europe.

A counsellor on business development, corporate direction, transformation and learning, he has helped over 100 boards to improve board and corporate performance.

Colin was the principal author and co-presenter of the ‘employment and training’ module of the ‘CBI Initiative 1992’. He is Chairman of the Judges for the e-Business Innovations awards, an Investors in People Ambassador and served four years as Corporate Affairs Adviser to the British Institute of Management. 

He led the European Commission’s COBRA initiative which examined restructuring across Europe. Colin was awarded the Global Excellence Award in Renewable Energy of the Energy and Environment Foundation in 2019 by the chairman of the international solar alliance.
