Compass S/4 HANA Transformation Programme

As our Programme directors, 1 Team Energy led Impextraco’s Compass Transformation Programme. Working together, we developed Compass business case to transition from legacy and numerous End User Applications towards an integrated solution based on S4/HANA platform. Following a 6-month Partner and Package selection phase, 1 Team Energy worked together with Impextraco's business owners, business and IS teams to define the requirements, manage supplier selection processes as well as driving the contractual negotiations in partnership with Impextraco Lawyers. Hamid delivered the Programme Master Plan, led the blueprint and realisation phases through August 2018 and provided Programme Assurance through to successful live operation and post live support.

Engie UK’s Retail Transformation programme

Working together with Engie UK, 1TE led this large scale mission critical programme from business case development, supplier selection, design, implementation, go-live and post live support phases. Electrabel and 1 Team Energy deliver B2C Transformation Programme

Electrabel and 1 Team Energy worked together to deliver Electrabel’s Energy Retail Transformation Programme (IRIS) which entered successful live operation on the 13th May 2013 as planned. IRIS has achieved its goals to simplify our business processes, deliver a more flexible solution and further improve our ability to respond to changes within an ever increasingly competitive environment.

Hamid assisted us in developing the IRIS business case and during the past two years as IRIS Programme Delivery Manager, he ensured our programme objectives were delivered. IRIS achieved full handover to our business and IT services on the 30th September 2013.

1 Team Energy partnered with Prime Contractor Logica to support the Programme and Change Management to achieve successful and on-time live operation of Electrabel’s Energy4U Integrated SAP Programme for Industrial and Commercial customers.
